RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your pleasure is the core of all we do at KISSNOVAA. We are dedicated to offering top-notch goods and a seamless buying experience. We are available to rectify any issues with your transaction through an equitable and clear return and refund procedure.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Requests for returns are accepted within seven days of delivery. Items must be the following in order to be returned:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that don't fit these requirements might not be able to be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned for safety and hygienic reasons, such as:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or swimwear (unless defective or incorrect item received)

REFUNDS PROCESS

We will let you know if your refund has been approved or denied when your return has been received and examined.

If accepted:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

Only things that are inaccurate, damaged, or defective are replaced. Please get in touch with us and provide us clear pictures of the problem if you require an exchange so we can help you right away.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled up to 12 hours after they are placed. After this time, it's possible that your item has already been sent or processed and cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inform us with clear images within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or wrong. We'll set up a replacement or complete refund as soon as we can.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us for assistance
